Q:Why is the store in English and not German ?
A:Currently we are working on localising the store into German.

Q: How much does delivery cost ?
A: We charge a fixed rate of €9.99 (inc. VAT) through out Austria using EMS Post.
We use DHL or UPS for E.U. countries 25 Euros.   

Q: Do you ship Internationally  ?
A: Current we only ship to within Austria and E.U.

Warrenty & Return Policy

All i386 Solutions products carry a limited 1 year warranty.
All reported faults are subject to verification
We will not advance replace, unverified faulty items.

This warranty will not give protection for the following:

1. Damaged caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any 3rd party or yourself.
2. Damage caused  by external force.
3. Suitability for any particular purpose.
4. A product not used for it's intended purpose that been subject to abouse, unreasonable usage, or that upon examination displays signs of misuse.

Please ensure that all items purchased meet your requirements before you open them.
No exchange or return on opened merchanise
Unopened merchanise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided it is still sealed within its orignal packaging.
We cannot accept the return or exchange or opened software, media and certain consumables.
Please inspect your purchases promptly as any missing items must be reported witin 14 days.
Proof of Purchase must be provided.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumers rights.

i386 Solutions  uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all orders. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted, or scrambled, form, and is then decoded when we receive it.  All credit card numbers are automatically purged from the website once we commence to process your order.

Pricing and Delivery Policy

 All prices include VAT, but not shipping or handling unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to constant changes, and we reserve the right to modify our prices in compliance with price changes from our suppliers. i386 Solutions reserves the right to cancel orders or postpone the time of delivery in the case of significant price changes or delivery failure from our sub-suppliers. All times of delivery provided by us are to be considered conditional, unless individually confirmed by i386 Solutions. Time of delivery means the time of arrival of goods at our warehouse. Time consumed for picking, packing and production comes in addition before handing over the shipment to the transporters. Time set in days means business (working) days. The shipper's delivery time always comes in addition. Any price changes taking effect after an order is submitted will not be backdated. We take reservation for possible typographical errors and omissions. Illustrations may vary from the actual item.

Your privacy is important to us. We will never under any circumstance share customer information with, or sell it to, anyone else. The information we obtain from you during your visit to our site and the information you give, such as your credit card number and contact information, is provided to our merchant to process your order.
